Ok...this is the progress of the pizza oven....it is being built in the terraced flower beds...so it has to have a bi-level foundation...but Steve has figured it out....he is making great progress!! I just hope it doesn't end up looking like a giant outhouse! It won't. We will make it cute.

The foundation for the foundation....bi level, remember.

Two courses of brick on top of the lower foundation...brings it up to the real foundation. Now 4 more courses of brick will be added....did I say it is going to be big?

It has been cold, sunny, rainy and even snowy...but Steve is a MACHINE!!

Steve is amazing, how sweet of him to do that for you. It is amazing that he can build it, Eric would be hiring out for that project for sure...love you
Steve is very creative...he just does it with wood, cement, making something out of nothing...so far he has $16.50 into the oven project...it will rise in cost..but he is as frugal as Eric.
Seriously!!! Steve doesn't mess around! It IS huge!!!!! You don't have to keep up with the Navajo's. :) jk! But I'm sure you'll put every square inch to use!!! All your Christmas baking done in 20min. :)
Wow! You didn't waste any time on this project. It is much bigger than I imagined. Even better it ended up at your house and not my mom's.
I'm impressed with the cost so far.
