Farmer's Market 2007

This summer was our first year to sell the fruit we raised at the farmer's market in Camp Verde, Arizona. We had a lot of fun doing it and met a lot of really nice people. We sold apples, peaches, Asian pears, nectarines, 3 different kinds of plums, birdhouses and bird feeders. We also sold fruit at the farmer's market in Cottonwood. All in all it was a great experience and season. We missed out on several when we went back for Steve's 40th year high school reunion, and when we got back home the fruit season for us was just about done. We will do it next year too. We are still selling fruit, but mostly to a group that distributes food boxes to those who are in need. Maybe those 150 trees are going to pay for themselves at last. They already have in the amount of fun Steve has had with him. He loves to plant and grow trees!
